Her infectious enthusiasm, deep love for people, and fearless spirit set her apart as a true partner in growth and transformation. Over the years, she’s had the privilege of guiding countless individuals on powerful journeys of personal and professional evolution.

With more than 20 years of experience transforming brands, businesses, and lives, Monica brings a rare blend of strategic insight and human-centered coaching. She holds:

• An MBA from the University of California, Berkeley

• A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan

• Certifications as a Life Coach and Meditation Trainer from Mindvalley

This diverse background fuels her ability to offer transformational coaching that is both grounded and expansive.

Rooted in Culture, Family, & Joy

Monica currently lives in New Jersey with her husband, two daughters, her mom, and their lovable Golden Doodle, Bonnie. As the daughter of Colombian immigrants, she speaks fluent Spanish and brings a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, language, music, and the power of family.

In her free time, you’ll often find her hanging out with her friends or discovering new hiking trails—always chasing the next beautiful view.
